This full EPCM project expanded the facility capacity from 200MMSCFD to 400MMSCFD.

 

The facility consisted of:

• 10,200 HP compression

• Dehydration

• Pig launcher and receiver

• Separators (two and three phase)

• Generator and building

• Instrument air and building

• Fuel gas conditioner utilizing membrane technology

• Incinerator

• Blow down silencer

• Storage tanks for condensate

The following support services and notable contributions were performed:

 

• Environmental permitting and maintenance 

• Building design for weather and noise reduction

• Road-building and road maintenance

• Electrical layout design including switch gear and lighting

• Project was completed 4 months early and $1.5M under budget
